Case Study: Pharmboard’s Email Campaign
AWeber selected Pharmboard this week for a review of their email campaign.
Pharmboard is a website for people seeking a job in pharmaceuticals. The website contains useful articles for job seekers and includes an email mini-course (driven by autoresponders) that provides useful tips and links to articles on the website.
AWeber had the following tips to increase your clic-thrus:
- Include a sign-up for your email mini-courses and newsletters on multiple pages of your website. Visitors may want to browse and familiarize themselves with your web content before committing to a newsletter.
- Evaluate how often you broadcast to your subscribers. If you run a mini-course, are you sending follow-up emails after the course is over?
- Use your company name or newsletter/ecourse name in the From field so that the reader can quickly spot it among his email. Same goes for the subject line.
- Place links near the top of the message so that it is displayed in preview panes.
