Quarter of Home Internet Users Use Dial-Up
This is just a friendly reminder =-P that there are many people who still have dial-up connections to the Internet. Pew/ Internet’s June 2007 Home Broadband Adoption Survey reveals:
Among home users, 23% use a dial-up connection.
47% of all adult Americans have a broadband connection at home (up 5% from last year)

Statistics on the Digital Divide
A phenomenal increase of broadband Internet can be found amoung African American families. 40% of African American families have broadband compared to 47% of the general population.
30% of households making $30,000 or less have broadband compared to 76% of households with incomes of $76,000 or greater.
