		<description>An update - I subscribed to the service, but cancelled it after one day.  This system needs more work.  It is chalked full of features; so many that they didn't take into account usability for the advanced features - especially in relation to the sales CRM.

One major item missing is the capability of deleting one instance in a recurring appointment.</description>
