Did you know that to a search engine www.officeanimation.com is different from officeanimation.com?  They treat each domain separately and this can work against your page ranking.  For example, you might use officeanimation.com to traverse your site, but people who link to your site use www.officeanimation.com.  To a search engine, those links in are ranked separately than your own internal site links.

Which is better?

It is better to have the www in  front of your domain name than to go without.  People are used to this convention and use it automatically.  Also, it is easier to make changes to your own website than to contact anyone who has a link to yours.  =-)
